HK - November 11, 2010 Hong Kong Signs with Luxembourg a Protocol to the Comprehensive Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation On November 11, 2010, the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, on behalf of the HKSAR Government, signed the Protocol to the Agreement between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital in Hong Kong. The Luxembourg Minister of Finance, Mr Luc Frieden, signed on behalf of his Government.
